Zakat Fest 2025 Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser and Campaign Period
This Zakat Fest 2025 Campaign (“the Campaign”) is organised by Ikhlas Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”). The Campaign will run from November 1, 2025 (12:00 AM, Malaysian Time) to December 31, 2025 (11:59 PM, Malaysian Time).

2. Eligibility
This campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and above.

3. Entry Mechanism
To be eligible to participate, participants must make a zakat payment (any type) with no minimum amount required, through the official Ikhlas.com platforms:

  • Website (ikhlas.com)
  • ikhlas.com mobile application
  • ikhlas.com corporate sales team

Each successful zakat payment transaction within the campaign period will be counted as one (1) entry.

4. Winner Selection
Grand and weekly prize winners will be selected via a computerised random draw from all eligible entries.

Winners will be contacted via their registered email or phone number within 14 working days after the campaign period ends.

Should a winner be uncontactable after three (3) attempts, the organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.

5. Prizes
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Travel packages (umrah & Turkiye) are subject to the terms and conditions set by the travel operator, including predetermined travel dates.
