QURBAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECTION A: INTRODUCTION

 

  1. The Ikhlas Com Travel website at https://ikhlas.com/en/gb and the mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) are owned and operated by Ikhlas Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“Ikhlas.com”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall govern your purchase of any qurban products and/or services (the “Qurban”) made available on the Platform.
  2. By making a purchase of any Qurban on the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement of the Platform, and any other applicable terms which may be amended or revised from time to time. We advise you to review these applicable terms periodically to remain informed of any such changes. The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions shall apply at the time of your purchase.
  3. The Qurban is made available for purchase on the Platform in collaboration with various fulfilment partners, product merchants and/or service partners, and may be provided either directly by us or indirectly through such third-party partners (each, a “Partner”). Accordingly, Ikhlas.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any act, omission or negligence on the part of the relevant Partner in relation to such provision, supply and/or fulfilment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  4. The relevant Partner may impose its own additional terms and conditions in relation to the Qurban. You agree that such additional terms and conditions shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions, and by completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by and comply with such additional terms and conditions, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
  5. By clicking the “Daftar Pendaftaran” button or otherwise completing your purchase of any Qurban on the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Partner terms and conditions.

 

SECTION B: REGISTRATION, BOOKING AND PURCHASE PROCESS

 

  1. You may access the Platform using your AirAsia member account credentials via single sign-on (SSO), where applicable. To purchase Qurban on the Platform, you must first register as an AirAsia member and log in using your registered account credentials.

  2. Qurban is made available for purchase in Malaysia through the Platform. 

  3. All transactions made by you via the Platform are handled, processed and collected by Ikhlas.com in Malaysia. If you have any enquiries, please contact us through our customer service channel made available on the Platform.

  4. Once you have completed your booking and payment has been successfully made, a payment receipt and confirmation of booking will be sent to the email address provided during your booking process.

  5. If you do not receive your payment receipt or confirmation email, you should check your junk or spam folder and verify that the email address provided during booking is correct. You may also refer to the information made available on the Platform or contact our customer service channel for assistance.

  6. In the event of any discrepancy between the information submitted by you during booking and the details reflected in the confirmation email or receipt, you must contact us promptly through our customer service channel.

  7. By completing your registration and purchase of Qurban, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable terms made available on the Platform before or at the point of completion of your registration.

     

SECTION C: INSTALMENT PAYMENT PLAN

 

  1. We may, in certain cases, offer you the option to pay for your Qurban through an installment payment plan made available by participating issuing banks (“Instalment Payment Plan” or “IPP”). The availability of the IPP option will depend on the participating bank, your eligible card, the transaction amount, and such other criteria as may be determined by the relevant issuing bank and/or us from time to time. The availability of this option will be indicated during the booking or purchase process.

  2. Upon successful booking and selection of the IPP option, you will receive the corresponding payment and booking confirmation email for your Qurban.

  3. Where the IPP option is selected, the applicable installment tenure, eligible card requirements, transaction limits, and any other conditions imposed by the relevant issuing bank will apply. Such details may be presented during the booking or purchase process or otherwise made available on the Platform. The relevant issuing bank’s determination on your eligibility for IPP and approval of the IPP transaction shall be final and binding.

  4. By selecting the IPP option, you authorise the relevant charges to be made to your selected eligible credit card in accordance with the instalment arrangement approved by the issuing bank.

  5. If your IPP application or transaction is declined, rejected, cancelled or subsequently found to be unsuccessful for any reason, your booking or purchase for the Qurban shall not be confirmed unless and until full payment is successfully made using another payment method accepted on the Platform. We reserve the right to cancel the relevant booking or purchase if payment is not successfully completed within the timeline specified by us.

  6. Only one (1) IPP tenure may be selected for each transaction at the point of purchase. Once the transaction has been completed, the selected tenure cannot be changed.

  7. Any cancellation, refund, reversal or adjustment relating to a Qurban purchase made using IPP shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions, our applicable cancellation and refund provisions, and the relevant issuing bank’s policies and procedures. Processing timelines for any refund or reversal may vary depending on the relevant issuing bank, and we shall not be responsible for any delay caused by the issuing bank.

  8. We reserve the right to vary, withdraw, suspend or discontinue the IPP option at any time without prior notice.

  9. The use of the IPP option shall also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant issuing bank. In the event of any inconsistency between such bank terms and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the Qurban purchase on the Platform, and the issuing bank’s terms shall continue to apply to matters relating to your card facility and installment arrangement.

     

SECTION D: CANCELLATION

 

  1. Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, your Qurban purchase may be subject to the applicable cancellation, postponement, rescheduling and refund policy imposed by the relevant Partner, as may be set out on the Platform or the relevant Partner page.

  2. In the event that, through no fault of yours, the purchased Qurban is cancelled, terminated, postponed, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, we may, subject to the relevant Partner’s arrangements and availability, offer you a replacement Qurban of equivalent value, including by way of another cow, portion or such other equivalent arrangement as may be determined by the relevant Partner.

  3. Any replacement arrangement under Clause 25 shall be subject to the relevant Partner’s availability, operational arrangements and applicable policy. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly approved by us or required by applicable law, you shall not be entitled to any refund in such circumstances.

 

SECTION E: CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

 

  1. You acknowledge and agree that, in the event of any credit card, debit card or other payment chargeback, reversal or payment dispute initiated by you or on your behalf in relation to any Qurban purchase made on the Platform, Ikhlas.com reserves the right to investigate, challenge and dispute such claim where appropriate, including by providing relevant transaction records, booking details, payment confirmation, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and any other supporting evidence to the relevant payment processor, payment service provider, card network, issuing bank or financial institution.
  2. Ikhlas.com shall not be liable for any chargeback, reversal or payment dispute arising from or in connection with any of the following circumstances (including but not limited to):
    1. the Qurban purchase was made by you or with your authorisation;
    2. the transaction was successfully completed and confirmed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
    3. the Qurban purchase was subject to any applicable restrictions, cancellation terms, refund terms or Partner terms disclosed before or at the point of purchase;
    4. a refund request had already been submitted, processed or resolved, and a duplicate chargeback or payment dispute was subsequently initiated;
    5. the dispute relates to dissatisfaction with the relevant Partner’s fulfilment, performance or service, where Ikhlas.com has disclosed that such fulfilment, performance or service is provided by the relevant Partner; or
    6. the chargeback, reversal or payment dispute arises from your misunderstanding, mistake, change of mind, or failure to review the applicable purchase details, Partner terms or policies before completing the transaction.
  3. You agree not to initiate any false, unfounded, fraudulent or misleading chargeback, reversal or payment dispute. Where any such chargeback, reversal or payment dispute is found to be invalid, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise made in breach of these Terms and Conditions, Ikhlas.com reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to:
    1. reject or suspend any pending refund request;
    2. suspend, restrict or terminate your account with us;
    3. refuse or cancel any current or future purchase made by you on the Platform;
    4. recover from you any losses, chargeback amounts, administrative costs, processing fees, penalties or expenses incurred by Ikhlas.com arising from or in connection with such chargeback, reversal or payment dispute; and/or
    5. take such further action as may be reasonably necessary to protect Ikhlas.com’s rights and interests.
  4. For the avoidance of doubt, where a chargeback, reversal or payment dispute is initiated after the Qurban has been confirmed, arranged, processed and/or fulfilled, any refund or reversal shall remain subject to these Terms and Conditions, the relevant Partner terms and conditions, and any applicable cancellation or refund policy.
  5. Ikhlas.com will review and respond to any chargeback, reversal or payment dispute in accordance with the applicable rules, reason codes, dispute procedures and timelines of the relevant payment processor, card network, issuing bank or financial institution.

 

SECTION F. AIRASIA REWARDS PROGRAM

 

  1. The purchase of products and/or services on this Platform entitles you to earn AirAsia points. To be eligible to receive AirAsia points, please follow the steps below:
    1. You must be an AirAsia member by subscribing for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by AirAsia.
    2. You would have a unique registration number known as the "AirAsia Member ID" issued by AirAsia at the time of purchase; and
    3. You have logged in to your AirAsia account at deals.airasia.com prior to purchasing the products and/or services on this Platform.
  2. The usage of AirAsia points will be subject to the AirAsia Membership Terms and Conditions that are available on the AirAsia rewards Platform (www.airasia.com/rewards/en/gb).
  3. You shall keep yourself updated with the terms and conditions of AirAsia as they may be updated and revised from time to time.

 

SECTION G: MISCELLANEOUS

 

  1. Qurban made available on the Platform is subject to availability and may only be offered on selected dates, during specific periods, or in limited quantities, as determined by the relevant Partner and/or us from time to time.
  2. You acknowledge and accept that the Qurban purchased by you only secures the Qurban selected at the time of purchase, subject always to availability, the applicable schedule, and the relevant Partner’s fulfilment arrangements.
  3. Qurban schedules, availability, fulfilment arrangements and related details may be changed, revised, suspended or withdrawn by the relevant Partner from time to time. You are responsible for referring to the Platform and, where applicable, the relevant Partner’s official channels for the latest information relating to your purchased Qurban.
  4. The relevant Partner is the provider of the purchased Qurban and is solely responsible for the provision, supply and fulfilment of such Qurban, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, reject or forfeit any Qurban booking or purchase where we reasonably believe that:
    1. there is any suspicious, irregular, unauthorised, fraudulent or unlawful activity;
    2. there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable Partner terms and conditions;
    3. the Qurban has been used, attempted to be used, transferred, dealt with or redeemed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or the applicable Partner terms and conditions; or
    4. such action is necessary to protect our interests, the relevant Partner, other users, or the integrity of the Platform or the Qurban service.
  6. You shall not reproduce, resell, transfer, trade, exploit or use the Qurban purchased by you for any commercial purpose, unless expressly permitted by us in writing. Any breach of this Clause may result in cancellation or forfeiture of the relevant Qurban booking or purchase without liability on our part.
  7. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you arising from or in connection with:
    1. any act, omission, default or negligence of the relevant Partner;
    2. any change, postponement, rescheduling, suspension, limitation or unavailability of the Qurban by the relevant Partner;
    3. your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the applicable Partner terms and conditions, or any instructions or requirements relating to the Qurban;
    4. any unauthorised use of your account, login credentials, or purchased Qurban, except where directly caused by our wilful misconduct or fraud; or
    5. any event beyond our reasonable control.
  8. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, where we are found liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the Qurban, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by you for the relevant Qurban purchase giving rise to the claim.
  9. We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Platform. However, we do not guarantee that all content, descriptions, availability information, schedules, pricing, images, or other materials relating to Qurban are always complete, accurate, current or error-free. The Platform content may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions, and may be updated or corrected from time to time without prior notice.
  10. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any specific terms imposed by the relevant Partner, the Partner’s terms shall prevail only to the extent of the relevant Partner’s provision, supply or fulfilment of the Qurban, and these Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply to all other matters relating to your use of the Platform and purchase on the Platform.
  11. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ikhlas Com Travel Sdn Bhd, its affiliates, related corporations, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
    1. your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable Partner terms and conditions;
    2. your misuse of the Platform or the Qurban; or
    3. your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
  12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
  13. These Terms and Conditions may be made available in languages other than English. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

50% Bonus AirAsia Points Qurban Campaign - Terms & Conditions

Introduction

 

  1. This 50% Bonus AirAsia Points Qurban Campaign (“Event”) is jointly organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 201001040731 (924656-U)) (“BL”) and IKHLAS Com Travel and Umrah Sdn Bhd. (Registration No. 200501033077 (715217-T)) (collectively referred to as the “Organisers”).
  2. This Event runs in Malaysia (“Participating Regions”) and the Event will be implemented on the dedicated website (https://ikhlas.com/qurban/en/gb/) (collectively referred to as “Dedicated Platforms”).
  3. This Event is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific T&C”) and the Event’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.airasia.com/aa/about-us/en/gb/event-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”).

Event Period

  1. This Event will commence from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 11th May 2026 and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 19th May 2026 (“Event Period”). The Organisers reserve the right to amend or extend the duration of the Event at any time as it deems fit without prior notice and/or liability to any Participants (as defined herein).

Event Requirements

  1. For a person to qualify and participate in this Event (“Participants”), Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Event Period (“Event Requirements”):-
    1. Must be a valid and existing AirAsia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BL under the name “AirAsia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “AirAsia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in the Event. In the event the Participant is not a registered AirAsia member at the commencement of the Event Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an AirAsia member on the Dedicated Platforms before participating in the Event. Any registration of AirAsia membership made by the Participants after the Event Period shall disqualify such Participants from the Event and any Benefits (hereinafter defined) entitlement;
    2. Must be located in the Participating Regions based on the Internet Protocol geolocation detected; and
    3. Must complete the Qurban purchase via the dedicated website at https://ikhlas.com/qurban/en/gb/ (“Ikhlas Booking Platform”). Participants are required to enter their AirAsia Member ID manually during the booking process. For the avoidance of doubt, the first name and last name registered under the AirAsia membership account must match exactly with the lead passenger name as stated in the booking. Failure to ensure such matching details will result in AirAsia Points not being credited.

Event Mechanism

  1. Participants who adhere to the following event mechanism during the Event Period (“Event Mechanism”) are eligible to receive additional fifty percent (50%) bonus AirAsia points, to be awarded based on the total points earned from the award of regular AirAsia points:
    1. Must log into AirAsia account and complete the Qurban package purchase on Ikhlas.com website within the campaign period.
    2. The regular earning of AirAsia points is as follow: Participants will earn 1 AirAsia points for every RM 2 spent on the transaction.
    3. Throughout the Event Period, Participants may earn additional fifty percent (50%) bonus AirAsia points (“Bonus AirAsia points”), for illustration:

      Regular AirAsia points earning (1 AirAsia points per RM 2 spent)RM 1,000 ÷ 2 = 500 AirAsia points
      Bonus AirAsia points earning during Event Period500 x 50% = 250 AirAsia points
      Total AirAsia points earned 500 + 250 = 750 AirAsia points
  2. Subject to Clause 6, there is no limit to the number of bookings that Participants can make throughout the Event Period, and multiple bookings can be made in respect of the same Participant to earn the Bonus AirAsia points.

Bonus AirAsia points

  1. Only one AirAsia member per booking will earn AirAsia points. AirAsia Points will only be credited to the account of the member whose ID is entered during the booking process. We do not support the allocation of points to multiple AirAsia members for the same cabin, even if more than one eligible guest is sharing the room.
  2. Bonus AirAsia points earned pursuant to this Event will be credited into the eligible Participants’ respective AirAsia membership account within sixty (60) working days after the successful completion of Qurban package, subject to the Organisers receiving all information as deemed necessary. This is subject to the exclusion of invalid, cancelled or exchanged transaction, where no AirAsia points will be awarded to Participants pursuant to this Event.
  3. Bonus AirAsia points earned through this Event are valid for a period of three (3) months from the date Bonus AirAsia points are credited into the Participant’s AirAsia membership account. Any Bonus AirAsia points not utilised prior to the expiry of the validity period will lapse without notice and liability.
  4. The total bonus AirAsia Points available under this campaign is capped at 150,000 points for the entire campaign period and will be awarded until fully utilised.
  5. This Event cannot be combined with any other promotions.
  6. If any Participant fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions, the Organisers reserve the right to withhold the award of AirAsia points, reverse any AirAsia points previously awarded and/or recover the value of the same from the Participant.

Miscellaneous

  1. The Participants acknowledge that the BL’s obligation is only limited to offering the AirAsia points. The Participants acknowledge and agree that any loss or damages as a result or any act or omission, negligence or delay in connection with the use of Ikhlas.com shall not be the responsibility of BL. In addition to the Specific T&C, the Participants are further subject to the terms and conditions which can be found on Ikhlas.com
  2. The General T&C may be amended from time to time, hence, you are advised to review it periodically to be aware of such modifications (if any). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Specific T&C and any terms and conditions set forth in the General T&C, these Specific T&C shall prevail.
  3. The Specific T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Malaysia.
  4. The Organisers reserve the right to change or withdraw this Event at any time, at their sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice to you.
