The intention of Fasting in Ramadhan

مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ اِيْمَانًا وَ احْتِسَابًا غُفِرَلَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

"Whoever fasts during the month of Ramadan with full faith and expecting only the reward of Allah, his past sins will be forgiven."

(Narrated by Bukhari dan Muslim)

Daily Niyyah

نَوَيْتُ صَوْمَ غَدٍ أَنْ أَدَاءِ فَرْضِ رَمَضَانَ هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى

I intend to do obligatory fast tomorrow in the month of Ramadan this year because of Allah

Whole Month Niyyah

نَوَيْتُ صَوْمَ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ كِلِّهِ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى

I intend to do obligatory fast in the whole month of Ramadan this year because of Allah
